Privacy Policy

Jade Partners (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the Company Vitality Index™ (CVI™) assessment and Valuation tools. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account details you provide (email address, and optionally your name and business name).

Assessment inputs: your answers to the CVI™ questions and any financial figures you enter for a Valuation (revenue, costs, owner compensation, SDE/EBITDA inputs).

Technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g., IP address) used only for security and abuse prevention.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

To generate your CVI™ score, Valuation, and report; to let you save and resume; to email you a secure sign-in link and, if you request it, a resume link; and to provide support.

We do not sell your personal information.

When an assessment is completed, we create a permanently de-identified copy for aggregate benchmarking and research (for example, industry and revenue-range comparisons).

This anonymized dataset contains no information that can identify you or your business — no name, company, email, phone, address, IP, or any identifier that maps back to your record. It cannot be re-linked to you.

In-progress assessments are retained for 90 days from the date you started. At day 75 we email a reminder; at day 90, if still incomplete, the record and all inputs are permanently deleted. This 90-day window is fixed to your original start date and is not extended by saving or resuming.

Completed assessments (your responses, financial inputs, generated report, and contact details) are retained for 180 days from the completion date, then permanently deleted.

You can delete your data at any time — see “Your Choices” below.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to your own account. We apply rate limiting and other safeguards to protect against unauthorized access.

You may request deletion of your data at any time using the “Delete my data” option in your assessment, or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you submit an assessment, it is final. Scores and results cannot be edited, corrected, or re-scored after submission. Please review your answers carefully before submitting.
